The flu :(

That’s right… the flu (influenza) has hit our household (my poor baby boy), so things are falling a bit behind. So please bear with me while I am trying to work as much as I can while taking care of my little guy. If  your proofing gallery hasn’t been put up yet, I have a handful of them that will be going up within the next day or so! Thank you so much for being patient! Did I ever mention I have awesome clients!! Oh.. and a new awesome awesome blog will be up and running soon. Can’t wait for everyone to see it!!

I have been horrible about taking pics of my own little man lately, so on my day off today, we took some! Here is my favorite… that innocent look of his!

The summer is ending… but the fall is beginning!!

I love summer, but I LOVE fall. Fall is my favorite time of year, especially when it comes to photography. The humidity is low, the temps are cooler, and it’s harvest season.. which means the lighting is awesome outside!!! Now, down to the posting of a bunch of pictures! I have been so busy, I have been a bad blogger!! I’ll make my typing short and sweet so you can enjoy the pictures!!

Ok, so I have to say a little about the H family. Mrs. H is one of my dearest friends from IOWA. I grew up with her and Love her to death. Her family is like my own, and I miss them so much!  Love you guys!

I drove down to Sioux Falls to shoot this engagement session and I am glad I did!! There were so many great places to shoot down there and we had a blast! Can’t wait for their wedding in September!

Baby L came to the studio not very long after he was born. He brought along his big brothers as well as his mommy and daddy. This sweet couple is very blessed to have such a beautiful family!

Heather and Tom (just married)

Heather and Tom’s wedding has got to be up at the top for my all-time favorites. I had so much fun working with them and everyone involved in the wedding. The wedding took place at the same church Heather’s mother and grandmother both got married and the reception was out at Heather’s parents farm. It truly was an amazing day with lots of love and tons of laughter!! Thank you Heather and Tom for letting us be part of your day! There were so many great pics……I couldn’t narrow it down to just a few but  here are some of my favorites!!
